The process

    How it works.

Five steps from a free review request to an agreed sale. No auction or listing commission, and no obligation to accept an offer.

    1

    Submit your catalog

Start with your email and artist or label name. We follow up by email for the relevant streaming links, royalty statements and rights documents. No documents are required in the initial form.

    2

    We analyze and value

We review documented income, trends and the rights offered. If the catalog is a fit, an initial offer typically follows within 5-7 business days after the relevant information is received.

    3

    Rights and metadata check

We match recordings and works to statements, contracts and ownership shares. An ISRC identifies a recording, not proof of ownership. Missing evidence or permissions may require further review.

    4

    Sign the agreement

Review the rights, share, term, price, deductions and continuing obligations with an independent adviser before signing. Clarify any provision affecting future work.

    5

    Receive payment

Payment is by bank transfer after the agreement is complete and rights-transfer requirements are satisfied. The agreement determines the payment conditions and the rights you retain.

    Why creators sell

    The case for selling.

    Agreed upfront payment

A completed sale can exchange defined future royalty income for an agreed payment. The amount and timing depend on the reviewed assets and closing conditions.

    Partial sales available

Propose 50%, 75% or 100% of defined rights, or selected tracks. Ownership, scope and retained income must be confirmed in the agreement.

    Clear responsibilities

Agree who handles licensing, collection and administration after closing, and which reporting or cooperation duties remain with you.

    Know what stays yours

A sale's effect on existing music and future work depends on its terms. Confirm retained rights and any restrictions with independent legal advice.
